Frequently Asked Questions

Before we get into the recipes, here are some of the most frequently asked questions when it comes to making delicious Easter recipes.

When is Easter?

Each year, the day Easter falls on depends on the vernal equinox. It will always be on a Sunday between March 22nd and April 25th. Specifically, Easter occurs on the first Sunday after the first full moon that appears after the vernal equinox.

Sound confusing? It kind of is. That’s why I always rely on my calendar to tell me!

What are some keto-friendly Easter recipes I can make?

To stay low-carb, always leave out sugar (or use substitutes) and focus n meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Things like roasted asparagus, unglazed ham, or even deviled eggs are just a few ideas that everyone can enjoy.

You can serve desserts to people on the keto diet too. Just make sure you bake them with keto-friendly sweeteners and low-carb flour.

What is traditional Easter food?

Ham and deviled eggs are the most classic types of food to serve on Easter. Since Easter celebrations often involve the Easter bunny hiding candy, chocolate has become synonymous with this holiday too.

What should I bring to Easter dinner?

If you are going to an Easter dinner that someone else is hosting, make sure you bring something that travels well. My cinnamon roll bread is a fantastic idea!

And there you have it, a tasty (and cute) collection of my favorite wow-worthy Easter recipes. I hope you give one of these recipes a try this Easter!

Enjoy all of the deliciousness!
