I’m a chip dip fiend and I already know this will be delicious. I plan on trying it the next time I entertain! I’m responding to Elena, who is looking for a substitute for sour cream, and I thought she might try a combination of creme fraiche and Greek yogurt – maybe 3/4 cup of each.
Oh yes! creme fraiche is a great idea. Thank you!

This is my new favorite dip to serve with chips. Thank you!
Hi there Sir!
I live in Greece and there is no sour cream in the market 🙁
Could you please help me make my own by naming the ingredients in use!?!?
Thank you in advance 🙏 ❣️
Eleni!
Hey there! I’m so sorry I’m not familiar with the ingredients you have in Greece. Sour cream is an important part of this dip – it’s in its name. Folks often substitute plain greek yogurt for sour cream. That MAY work, but I haven’t tired it myself.

Hello 👋 there dearest!
Thank ya so much for your kind response!! I will try but I know for sure that it’s not the same taste… I love our yogurt and it goes absolutely perfectly with tzatziki dip and many other recipes.
In any case, I will try it anyways 🙂
Have a joyful Sunday Sir 🙏🌹🙋♀️
