Here on Inspired by Charm, we really do love a good roll-up or pinwheel recipe. Over the years, I’ve shared quite a few: from classic savory versions to more unexpected twists and even a couple of dessert-style pinwheel cookies. Somehow, I seem to add a new one to the mix every year, which brings me back to these Turkey Club Sandwich Roll-Ups. They might be my new favorite. Maybe. Don’t make me pick.

The flavors of a turkey club sandwich are timeless, so turning it into a pinwheel just made sense. I’ve done something similar before with BLT Pinwheel Roll-Ups and Italian Sub Pinwheel Sandwiches, and this recipe follows that same easy idea with a slightly different flavor focus.

You still get everything you love about the classic sandwich, just rolled up in a tortilla and sliced into bite-sized pieces. It’s familiar, satisfying, and fun to serve, making it a great option for parties, get-togethers, and celebrations year-round. I know you’re going to love them! Let me show you how easy they come together.

Ingredients

Before we begin, let’s review the short list of ingredients you’ll need for this Turkey Club Sandwich Roll-Ups recipe. I’ll walk you through what I used below.

  • Mayonnaise – This adds richness and helps create a smooth, creamy base that ties everything together.
  • Cream cheese – This gives the filling structure and a slightly tangy flavor that balances the other ingredients. This is the “cheese” in your sandwich.
  • Pepperoncini – These add a subtle pop of tang and just enough bite to keep the filling interesting.
  • Fresh parsley – Parsley brings a little freshness and color, keeping the filling from feeling too heavy.
  • Tomato – Chopped tomato adds juiciness and that classic turkey club flavor, just be sure it’s not overly watery.
  • Flour tortillas – These act as the wrap for the roll-ups and make everything easy to slice into neat, bite-sized pieces.
  • Bacon – Crisp, crumbled bacon adds smoky flavor and crunch, which really helps mimic a traditional turkey club sandwich.
  • Cooked turkey – Thinly sliced turkey is the main protein and keeps these roll-ups hearty while still feeling light.
  • Leaf lettuce – Leaf lettuce adds a fresh crunch and helps round out the classic club sandwich texture.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can these Turkey Club Sandwich Roll-Ups be made ahead of time?

Yes, they’re a great make-ahead option. You can assemble and slice them up to a day in advance, then store them tightly covered in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve. If possible, wait to add toothpicks until just before serving.

What’s the best way to slice these cleanly?

Use a sharp knife and wipe the blade clean between cuts if needed. Chilling the rolled tortillas for about 20 to 30 minutes before slicing can also help them hold their shape and create cleaner, more even pieces.

How should leftovers be stored?

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They’re best enjoyed within one to two days, as the tortillas can soften over time, but the flavor still holds up nicely.
