In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the pepperoncini, parsley, and tomato until everything is evenly combined.
Lay the tortillas out on a clean countertop. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle each one with some of the crumbled bacon, then layer on 2 to 3 slices of turkey and 1 to 2 lettuce leaves.
