  2. In a large resealable bag, add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sugar, basil, oregano, parsley, and cayenne pepper. 
  3. Seal the bag and shake to mix the ingredients. 
  4. Lightly coat the pork chops in olive oil. 
  5. Add one pork chop to the bag of bread crumbs and seasonings. Seal the bag and shake until the pork chop is coated with the mixture.

  1. Transfer the coated pork chop to the parchment-lined baking sheet and repeat with the remaining pork chops.
  2. Bake for 10-15 minutes, then flip the pork chops over and bake for another 10 minutes or until fully cooked. A meat thermometer should reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare and 160°F for medium-well.
