Ingredients

This baked brie with jam recipe is simple and only requires a few ingredients to assemble. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • brie – I used an 8-ounce piece, but you can certainly go larger if you’re feeding more people.
  • jam or preserves – I used fig, but you can use whatever you’d like. Blackberry, apricot, or even a mixed berry would be delicious.
  • pecans – Any nut will do. I chose pecans, but feel free to use your favorite.
  • berries and fresh herbs – Before serving, I sprinkled my baked brie with some fresh blueberries and herbs. This is totally optional, but it does add extra flavor and color to the dish.
  • sliced crostini and/or crackers – You’ll need a vehicle for all the delicious melted brie. I used some sliced bread and crackers.
