The Best Strawberry Desserts for Summer

In this post, I’ve gathered recipes for cakes, pies, and other yummy things made with strawberries. I promise you will enjoy making and eating each of these strawberry desserts. (To add to the fun, I threw in a couple of other related posts from IBC!)

Is it ice cream or cheesecake? With such a delicious concoction, I don’t think it matters. This rich and creamy strawberry treat is dreamy to look at and perfect to serve on a warm day.
Strawberry Coconut Cake
Made with a box mix, fresh strawberries, and coconut, this is a cake almost anyone can create and everyone will enjoy. I decorated it with my favorite cream cheese frosting, whole berries, plus strawberry leaves and blossoms. So beautiful!

Strawberry Jello Salad Dessert
Fluffy, fruity, and full of flavor, this Strawberry Jello Salad is a dessert recipe from my childhood that hasn’t gone out of style. Twenty-five years later it’s still just as delicious!
