This bark is somewhat of a twist on the Pistachio Cranberry White Chocolate Candy I made a few years ago. I loved it so much that I wanted to try it in a different way. The results are delish!

How To Make

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the semisweet and milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Stir in 3/4 cup of the pistachios and 3/4 cup of the cranberries.

  1. Spread the mixture evenly onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. In another microwave-safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate melting wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. 
  3. Working quickly, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the chocolate layer. Use a toothpick to swirl the layers together.
