Whipped Honey Goat Cheese Spread

The other day, I put together a stunning summer berry and cheese board as part of a brand collaboration. It was so fun to make and style, not to mention delicious. I wanted to include a custom element to my spread, so I decided to whip up this delicious and super simple Whipped Honey Goat Cheese Spread.

The spread turned out so tasty that I decided to take a few extra pictures and write this post so I could share it with you.

I love this recipe for a few reasons:

What Type of Crackers?

You can just use your favorites. However, I really like the La Panzanella Croccantini® Artisan Crackers (original flavor) for this spread. They are sturdy crackers and add a great crunch. 

Can I Make This in Advance?

You sure can. Whip this up a day or two in advance so it’s ready to go.

  • 8 oz. goat cheese softened
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • fresh berries and mint to garnish*
  • crackers and bread

Instructions

  • Add the goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey to a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine starting at a low speed and gradually increasing to high. Beat until light and smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh berries and mint.
  • Serve with crackers or bread.

Notes

*While I used fresh berries to garnish my spread, feel free to get creative. You could use things like nuts, dried fruit, herbs, etc.
