My favorite is Jalapeno/Cilantro/Parsley Hummus with lots of lime. It’s delicious!
Oh, this looks great! This will be my Christmas cheeseball this year! Thank you for sharing, Michael!
My go-to party/bbq dish this year is Two Ravioli Basil Salad. Choose 2 kinds of your favorite ravioli, cook and chill (I use chicken mozzarella and spinach). Add fresh basil, garlic and olive oil then whatever you have on hand, i.e, grape tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts, etc. It’s a hit every time!

An old New Orleans debutant party favorite: take a lump of cream cheese (experts put it in a little mold chill it and somehow get it out – I have no idea how they do that) them pour half of a bottle of Pickapeppa Sauce over it. It’s wonderful.
I have no idea what Pickapeppa Sauce is, but I’m certainly intrigued!
xo Michael
Michael! you must get some of this stuff (it’s great on eggs): http://www.pickapeppa.com/ It’s basically like a sweet tamarind catsup (not too hot at all).
One of my favorite things to make (because it’s always a hit) is my chocolate chip cheesecake ball! Cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips are mixed together and then the mixture is chilled, formed into a ball and rolled in graham cracker crumbs! Serve with fresh fruit and vanilla wafers 🙂
I’m a sweets girl, so I make Martha Stewart’s brownie bites.
I always bring the Pioneer Woman’s Jalapeno Poppers! 🙂
I always make Roast Beef Bites. You take a regular potato chip add a bit of basil pesto then top with roast beef (from the deli), it’s a super easy & fast appetizer that is so delicious!
