Today, I’m excited to add another beverage to this already incredible list: Pumpkin Apple Cider!
I never would have thought that the combination of pumpkin and apple cider would be this delicious, but my goodness this is a winner. It’s basically all the flavors of fall in one glass and I am here for it.
Also, let’s not forget the addition of the homemade cinnamon-spiced whipped cream. The mash-up of flavors here is just irresistible. If you want to take your hot apple cider to the next level, this Pumpkin Apple Cider will do it!
I also need to mention how much I love these double-walled glass mugs. I’ve used them for a few warm seasonal cocktail recipes over the years and they have become a favorite. They really take any hot beverage to the next level.

How to Make Pumpkin Apple Cider
In a small dish, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. I’ve shared all the ingredient amounts and instructions in the printable recipe card below.
Use an electric mixer to beat the cream and 1 1/2 tablespoons of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Beat until soft peaks form. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, add the apple cider, pumpkin, and spices. Whisk and heat over medium heat until hot.
Once hot, ladle into a heatproof mug. (Optional: At this point, you can add a splash of bourbon, brandy, or apple liqueur if you want to make this a cocktail.)
Top with the cinnamon-spiced whipped cream and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
And that’s it! Fall beverage perfected!
I love that you can keep this as it is, or add a splash of your favorite liqueur to make a delicious adult treat. No matter how you serve it, I hope that this Pumpkin Apple Cider helps you celebrate the season.
Cheers!
