- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature. Strain the mixture, then transfer it to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

I am not a bourbon drinker but the husband is and i was tasked with finding a new cocktail for Thanksgiving this year. Made these today and they are SO good. The pomegranate, honey, and spice from the ginger made such a well rounded drink. I topped off with tangerine seltzer for a little extra orange flavor. Will definitely make again!
