How To Make a Buffalo Cheese Ball:
I’ve found that cheese balls are always popular at parties. They are a tasty snack, and you can get really creative with the ingredients. Since I’m also a big fan of buffalo chicken, I knew that combining the two would be a match made in heaven.
I started off with some delicious, rich, and full-flavor Extra Sharp Cracker Barrel Cheese. When you are making a cheese ball, I’ve learned you need to use really good cheese. It really does make this recipe shine as it’s bursting with flavor!

My favorite go-to party recipe is one that I got from my sister-in-law. It’s a platter with a block of cream cheese on it, covered over by pimento pomegranate jelly, with crackers to spread it onto.
My favorite party dip is Spinach Dip!
Refried beans, salsa and CHEESE! Wonderful Dip anytime of the year!
I love to make spinach dip and adding a little cracker barrel cheese gives it a great kick

I like to make a sausage and cheese mixture heated in the oven on rye bread
I have a favorite appetizer that usually wows party attendants. Green grapes, rolled into a layer of a blue cheese mixed with cream cheese and port, then rolled in chopped pistachios. So unexpected!
My fave is a taco bar, with 2 types of presliced Cheese

jalapenos stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon! yum!
my go to party recipe is sweet n sour kielbasa. cook the kielbasa by boiling it. let it cool and take off the skin. then this is the weird part, but i swear it’s delicious.
Get a jar of Heinz (or store brand) Chili Sauce and mix it with equal parts Grape Jelly. Put it all in a pot (or crock pot) and let the sauces blend. Keep warm and serve.
Again, it sounds odd, but trust me.
Feel free to add more grape jelly if you want it sweeter or more chili sauce for sour.

We have a rice and sausage casserole which always goes over very well!
I usually take homemade cheese straws.
I love to serve or bring Reuben dip. If I am entertaining at home I use the crockpot, if I am bringing it to someone’s house I put it in a microwavable pie plate so I can last some heat into it when I get there. I always serve with those mini pumpernickle or rye bread slices.

I like to bring something a little different. A layered Greek dip served with pita chips. Here’s the recipe used in our family, posted by my sister-in-law. http://greek.food.com/recipe/greek-layered-dip-169607
