Brown Sugar Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp
It’s the festive season so I’m always thinking about delicious foods that I can serve when I have guests. Since my favorites consist of appetizers and desserts, I thought we could make a really tasty appetizer recipe today: Brown Sugar Glaze Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp.
Who doesn’t like an appetizer wrapped with bacon? I know I do. I’ve made a few bacon-inspired appetizer recipes here on Inspired by Charm, but never bacon-wrapped shrimp. They are a new favorite for holiday entertaining!

I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to dig into these flavorful little bites. Before we can do that, let me walk you through the recipe on how to make these Brown Sugar Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp.
Let’s get cooking!

How to Make
Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with foil and place a cooling rack onto the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, bourbon, brown sugar, paprika, onion powder, and black pepper. I’ve provided a full list of the ingredients and detailed recipe instructions in a printable recipe card below.

Wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon. Dip into the butter mixture, then place them seam side down onto the prepared baking sheet.

Repeat with remaining shrimp and bacon. Brush any extra glaze over the top of the shrimp.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked and golden.
Arrange the cooked shrimp on a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped chives to garnish.

And that is it, my friends. These Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp are ready for serving!
I certainly hope you give this recipe a try. I know you’re going to enjoy it as much as I do.
