If you’re looking for a quick and easy snack that’s loaded with flavor, these Spicy Ranch Pistachios are just the thing. With a delicious blend of ranch, dill, and a little kick of spice, they’re perfect for holiday gatherings, game day spreads, or a simple homemade treat.
In a small bowl, mix together the dry ranch seasoning, cayenne pepper, and dried dill weed. Set aside.
Place the pistachios in a large bowl. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss until the pistachios are evenly coated.
Sprinkle about one-third of the seasoning mixture over the pistachios and stir well to combine. Repeat this process with the remaining seasoning mixture, stirring after each addition to ensure all the pistachios are thoroughly coated.
Spread the seasoned pistachios evenly onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove the pistachios from the oven and let them cool completely. Store in an airtight container or resealable bags.
Notes
*Adjust the cayenne pepper to suit your spice preference. My sister-in-law typically uses 1 tablespoon, but they pack a punch.
