Ingredients

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 cup roasted red peppers chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 cups crumbled feta cheese
pretzels, chips, and/or crackers for serving

Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, and onion salt until blended.
Add in the red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta cheese. Stir with a spatula to combine.
