Instructions
Add the graham cracker crumbs, peanuts, and brown sugar to a food processor. Pulse until everything is finely ground and well combined.
With the processor running, slowly pour in the melted butter and continue mixing until the crumbs are evenly moistened and resemble wet sand.
Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate. Press it firmly across the bottom and up the sides of the plate to form an even crust. Place the crust in the freezer for about 15 minutes so it can firm up.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and caramel sauce together with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is fully blended.
Add the powdered sugar and mix until incorporated and fluffy.
Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture in three additions, gently stirring after each addition until smooth and fully combined. Stir in the finely chopped Snickers bars.
Spread about 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce across the bottom of the chilled crust. Spoon the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
Cover the pie loosely and refrigerate for at least two hours, or until the filling is firm. It can also chill overnight if you are preparing it ahead of time.
Just before serving, drizzle the pie with the chocolate syrup and the remaining caramel sauce. Sprinkle the top with chopped Snickers and peanuts.
Place the pie in the freezer for about five minutes to help the topping set slightly. Then slice, serve, and enjoy!
