These Cobb Salad Wraps turn a classic favorite into an easy handheld meal. Filled with chicken, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, tomato, spinach, blue cheese, and a simple red wine vinaigrette, they are perfect for lunch, dinner, or sharing.
Add the chicken, green onions, tomato, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs to a large bowl. Gently toss the ingredients together, taking care not to mash the avocado.
