Instructions
In a bowl add the cream cheese and unsalted butter. Beat with a mixer on medium-high until light and creamy: about 3 minutes.
Add in the confectioners’ sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Beat to combine.
Add in the mini chocolate chips and stir with a spatula to evenly combine.
