Here's What You'll Need

- pie crust dough - flour - roasted red peppers - green onions - sausage - shredded cheddar cheese - eggs - half and half

STEP 1 

Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.  Fit your pie crust into a 9-inch glass pie plate. Pierce a few places with a fork.

STEP 2

Sprinkle the flour onto the bottom of your quiche and spread it out evenly with your hand.
