1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 cups Cinnamon Chex cereal
2 cups Chocolate Chex cereal
2 cups pretzels
2 cups pecans
1 cup toffee bits
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Sprinkles optional

Instructions

Begin by preheating your oven to 250°F.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels, pecans, and toffee bits.
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter uncovered on high for about 40 seconds, or until melted. Pour half of the butter evenly over the cereal mixture and stir to coat.
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the mix and stir to combine. Repeat with the remaining butter and cinnamon-sugar mixture, ensuring everything is well coated.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let the mix cool completely. Once cool, add sprinkles if desired and stir to combine. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

The sprinkles and toffee bits may settle at the bottom so give the mix a good stir to redistribute before serving.
