1/2 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups chopped dill pickle fresh, refrigerated pickles like Grillo's
¾ cup crumbled cooked bacon
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1 small shallot diced
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
