Fresh, creamy, and full of crunch, Creamy Garden Vegetable Dip is a great addition to any vegetable tray. The combination of cream cheese, sour cream, and chopped garden vegetables makes it flavorful without being heavy. It’s an easy dip recipe that works for everything from parties to weekday snacking.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer or hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add the radishes, green onions, cucumber, bell pepper, sugar, salt, dill, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix on low speed for about one minute, or until everything is well blended. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using.
Serve immediately with fresh cut vegetables, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
