1/2cupchunky peanut butter
1cupgraham cracker crumbs
1-1/2cupsdark chocolate chips
1/2cupdry roasted peanutscoarsely chopped
Instructions
Line an 11x7-inch baking pan with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over the sides so the candy is easy to lift out later.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white baking chips with the peanut butter, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a clean microwave-safe bowl at 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top. Refrigerate for about ten minutes or until set.
Lift the candy out of the pan using the parchment, then cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
