2cupscubed watermelon
1bottle(750 ml) rosé wine750 ml rosé wine
¾cupSt. Germainor any elderflower liqueur
zest of 2 limes
1bottlesparkling wine(champagne, mosacto, or prosecco)
fresh mint and watermelon wedge to garnish
Instructions
Begin by adding the cubed watermelon to a blender. Blend until smooth. Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the juice from the pulp. Add the juice to a large pitcher.
To the watermelon juice, add the rosé, St. Germain, and lime zest.
Top with sparkling wine and stir to combine.*
Serve in glasses with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a small watermelon wedge.
