These savory and visually stunning Wedge Salad Skewers are easy to prepare and are certain to impress your guests.
I don’t know about you, but I love a wedge salad. Crispy iceberg lettuce topped with bacon, tomatoes, and drizzles of blue cheese, what’s not to love? It's a definite classic and one of my personal favorites.

Begin by cooking your bacon. I recommend this baking method but feel free to cook it the way you like best. Just be sure to not overcook the bacon as it still needs to be flexible. Once cooked and cooled, slice in half lengthwise.
Next, chop your iceberg lettuce into 20 bite-size chunks.
Thread a wedge of iceberg lettuce, a half-strip of cooked bacon, and a grape tomato onto a six-inch cocktail pick.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Arrange on a large platter. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
Finally, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese and freshly cracked pepper.
