If you’re not familiar with panzanella, it is a Tuscan tossed salad made with soaked stale bread, tomatoes, onions, cheese, etc.

Here's What You'll Need

- zucchini - olive oil - baguette - cherry tomatoes - green pepper - red onion - mozzarella

STEP 1 

Place the zucchini onto a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Open the can of crescent rolls. Using the perforations on the dough, divide into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle, lengthwise, into three pieces.
