Here's What You'll Need

– diced rhubarb – brown sugar – granulated sugar – buttermilk – vegetable oil – butter – egg – vanilla extract – all purpose flour – baking soda – salt

STEP 1 

You’ll need rhubarb to start. I highly recommend fresh rhubarb. I recently had a bad experience with frozen rhubarb.

STEP 2

To the rhubarb, add brown sugar, buttermilk, vegetable oil, an egg, and vanilla extract.
