I hopped on over to the St. Germain website to do a little recipe research about how to use it in martinis. When I found a recipe for a pear martini, I knew I’d struck gold. After a bit of testing and a few tweaks, I made this recipe my own.

Here's What You'll Need

– pear vodka – St. Germain liqueur – freshly squeezed lemon juice – bitters

STEP 1

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and add the pear vodka, St. Germain, lemon juice, and bitters.

STEP 2

Give it a nice shake, and then strain it into a chilled martini glass.
