scoop mango sorbet

tequila
1
ounce
orange liqueur

ounce
simple syrup
kosher salt and lime wedge to garnish
Instructions
Begin by preparing your glass. Run a lime wedge around the edge of your glass. Dip the glass into the kosher salt.
To the glass add your mango sorbet and a few ice cubes. Set aside.
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the tequila, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously.
Strain the margarita mixture on top of the mango sorbet and ice.
Add additional ice if needed. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Serve, sip, and enjoy!
