This Hibiscus Iced Tea Cocktail is the perfect combination of bright flavors and rich color. Made with freshly brewed Hibiscus Tea, sparkling water, and orange vodka, it's a refreshing and delicious cocktail perfect for spring and summer entertaining.
In a large heat-safe pitcher, combine water and tea bags.
Let the tea bags steep for 5 minutes and then remove.
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to allow the tea to chill.
Once cool, add sparkling water and orange vodka (optional).
Stir and top with ice.
Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint and a strawberry.
Notes
While you can make this cocktail in advance, it's best served on the day you prepare it. Don't have fresh strawberries? No worries. Orange slices would also make a lovely garnish to this drink.If you prefer a mocktail, just leave out the vodka and you're good to go. It's still beautiful, and It's still so tasty.
