Vanilla ice cream, crème de menthe, cream de cacao, and ice come together to create a decadent and delicious frozen cocktail recipe. These Frozen Grasshopper Drinks are basically a dessert in a glass. Creamy, minty, and cold with a touch of chocolate. What's not to love?
In a blender add the ice cream, crème de menthe, cream de cacao, and ice. Blend until smooth.
Depending on the size of your blender, you may need to add the ice cream and ice in batches as it blends down.
Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight, food-safe plastic container and freeze until ready to serve.
Garnish with a spoon, chocolate Pocky, and/or a sprig of fresh mint.
To create a Flying Grasshopper Drink, add about 1 ounce of whipped or vanilla vodka to the top of your prepared drink.

Can be stored in the freezer in an airtight, food-safe plastic container for up to 2 months.Want a non-alcoholic version? Omit the crème de menthe and cream de cacao. Add a few drops of mint extract, green food coloring, and about 1 cup of whole milk.
