One of your favorite appetizers is now a dip! Classic Veggie Pizza has a new look but still has all the delicious flavor you've come to love. Made with cream cheese, ranch, and lots of crisp veggies, this Veggie Pizza Dip is so easy to make and will become an instant crowd-pleaser.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning. Mix with an electric mixer to combine.
Set aside about 1 1/2 cups of the vegetables. Add the rest of the vegetables and shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.
Add this mixture to a large shallow bowl. Sprinkle the top with the reserved chopped vegetables.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until ready to serve.
Serve with bread and/or tortilla chips.
Notes
You can prepare this dip several hours in advance or even the night before.Use whatever bread or tortilla chips you like best. I used freshly baked Italian bread that I sliced myself and some round corn tortilla chips.
