From boring to bold, mozzarella gets a flavor upgrade with fresh herbs and spices. This Marinated Mozzarella is easy to make and adds a flavorful touch to any appetizer spread, cheese board, or charcuterie.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, herbs, and spices.
Add in the cubed mozzarella cheese and stir gently to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 1- 2 hours. Stir a couple times throughout the chilling process**.
Serve chilled using toothpicks.
Notes
*From an 8-ounce block of mozzarella you can get 21 cubes. (You'll need two 8-ounce blocks for this recipe.) **I transfer my marinated mozzarella to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and turn the jar upside down then right side up to coat the mozzarella as it's chilling.
