hese Strawberry Coconut Margaritas are a unique and delicious take on the classic strawberry margarita. It's like a cross between a margarita and a piña colada. What's not to love? 


  • 1 can (15 ounces) Cream of Coconut
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur or Triple Sec
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 2/3 cup fresh strawberries - halved
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut
  • Honey or lime wedge
  • Fresh strawberries and lime slices for garnish


  • Begin by preparing your glasses. Add the toasted coconut to a small plate. Rim each glass first with a bit of honey or the wedge of a lime; then dip the rim of the glass into the toasted coconut to coat. Set aside.
  • In a blender, add the cream of coconut, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, ice, and fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into your prepared glasses. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or slice of lime or both.
