  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  • Add the cake mix, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and 1/4 cup of extra sprinkles.
  • Once everything is incorporated, transfer the mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap. As you wrap it, shape it into a ball. Then, place the cheeseball in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours so it can firm up.
  • Before serving, roll the ball in a bowl filled with sprinkles. 
  • After that, your Birthday Cake Cheese Ball is ready to be served. I chose vanilla wafers and shortbread for serving, but feel free to use whatever cookies you like best.



*The raw flour in cake mix may contain harmful bacteria. Before using the cake mix, microwave the mix until it reaches at least 160 degrees. This will take about one minute and 15 seconds in a standard microwave. I recommend stirring the mixture every 15 seconds while microwaving for best results.
