Buffalo and Blue cheese Lil Smokies
These Buffalo and Blue cheese Lil Smokies are a delicious and easy appetizer recipe. They make a delicious snack for the big game or any family / friend gathering!
Ingredients
- 1 package Hillshire Farm Lil Smokies
- 1 can (8 ounces) crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
Buffalo Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
- 4 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Open the can of crescent rolls. Using the perforations on the dough, divide into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle, lengthwise, into three pieces.
- On the larger end of the triangle place a Lil Smokie and add a little of the blue cheese crumbles to either side. Carefully roll up the dough around the Lit'l Smokie and the blue cheese crumbles. Then, place them on a cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake 15 -18 minutes until golden brown.
- For the Buffalo Dipping Sauce, combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
