These Maple Glazed Cinnamon Chip Bars are an easy-to-make fall treat that's packed with flavor thanks to cinnamon baking chips and a sweet maple glaze.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter and brown until well blended. Then, beat in the vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Slowly beat the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Stir in the cinnamon chips, reserving a few for the top. Lightly spread the dough into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle the top evenly with the reserved cinnamon chips.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
In a small bowl, create the glaze by whisking together the confectioners' sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and kosher salt. Add enough maple syrup to create a drizzling consistency. Drizzle on top of the pan of baked cookie dough.
After the glaze is set, cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
