Ricotta Toast with Three Jams
This Ricotta Toast with Three Jams is a deliciously sweet breakfast treat that can be ready in minutes. Three jams make this ricotta toast extra special, but feel free to use as many or as few as you like.
- 2 slices of good quality bread - I used whole wheat sourdough.
- 8 ounces fresh ricotta cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 5-6 tablespoons of three different jams
Place the ricotta into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 4-5 minutes until the cheese becomes creamy. Add a pinch of salt and mix well to combine.
Toast the sliced bread.
Spread the ricotta on the toasted bread. You'll want about 2 tablespoons per slice depending on the size of your toast. (You will have leftover whipped ricotta. Just put it back in the container and store in the refrigerator.)
Top with three different jams of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
