This Jalapeño Paloma is a unique take on Mexico's most beloved cocktail recipe. It's a spicy and refreshing cocktail perfect for Cinco de Mayo and beyond.
Kosher salt, lemon wedge, and lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
Begin by rubbing the rim of a glass with a lime wedge, and then dip the glass into kosher salt. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle two slices of jalapeño with a splash of the tequila. Add the remaining tequila, lemon, lime, grapefruit juice, simple syrup* and ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Add ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge and lime wedge.

*The simple syrup is optional. If you prefer your drinks a bit sweeter, it is recommended.
