Prepare your work surface by spreading out two pieces of waxed paper.
Add your puff corn to a large bowl. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the almond bark and white chocolate. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the puff corn in two batches stirring in between. Continue stirring until the puff corn is completely coated.
Dump this mix onto your wax paper-lined surface spreading it into an even layer. If desired, add sprinkles.
Allow the white chocolate to completely set, then pack and store in an airtight container.
Notes
This recipe is extremely forgiving. If you want more white chocolate or almond bark, feel free to add it. If you want less, you can do that too. If you can't find almond bark (usually available at Walmart or ALDI), then just use white chocolate. When you're purchasing white chocolate, look for some with cocoa butter. It melts so much nicer. I really like THESE white chocolate melting wafers and/or these white chocolate bars. Avoid white chocolate chips as they tend to seize up when melting.
