This Apple Pie Chia Seed Pudding has become my new go-to breakfast. This is an easy-to-make recipe and can be prepared the night before. Also, it is loaded with seasonal flavor and is a delicious and filling way to start your day.

Ingredients
6tablespoonschia seeds
2cupsoat milkor any milk
1cupfinely diced apple
1/2cupraisins
1/2cupwalnuts
4tablespoonspure maple syrup
1teaspoonapple pie spice
apple slices, raisins, walnuts, apple pie spice to garnish
Instructions
Start with four 8-ounce jars. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to each. Then, top each with 1/2 cup of milk.
Evenly divide the diced apple, raisins, and walnuts between the jars.
Top each with 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup and a sprinkle of apple pie spice. Stir to combine.
Add the lid to the jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
To serve, garnish with apple slices, raisins, walnuts, and/or a sprinkle of apple pie spice.

This recipe can also be made as one batch in a large bowl.
