If you like peaches and enjoy salsa, then you're going to love this spicy peach salsa. Being fresh, sweet, and spicy, it's delicious served with tortilla chips, on your favorite tacos, or on top of your favorite meat or fish. No matter how you enjoy it, you'll be making this unique salsa again and again.
Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and toss together to combine.
Taste and season with additional salt and pepper. Add sugar if needed. (I didn't add any sugar to my recipe.)
Serve immediately.
This can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Notes
You may need to drain the excess liquid that occurs while the salsa rests. Not a fan of cilantro? No worries! You can use flat leaf parsley or coriander instead. Serve with tortilla chips or spoon over your favorite protein (chicken, beef, pork, etc.).
