1bag of popcorn(I used Sea Salt Smart Pop)
4teaspoonstruffle oil
1/3cupshredded parmesan cheese
salt and pepperto taste
2tablespoonschopped chivesto garnish
Instructions
Begin by popping your popcorn according to the package directions.
In a large bowl, add the truffle oil, shredded parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the popped popcorn to the bowl. Using a spoon or spatula, toss to combine.
Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper to taste, then top with the chopped scallions.

A lot of the ingredient amounts in this recipe come down to personal taste. Want more truffle oil, add it. Love parmesan cheese, sprinkle on a little more.
