Ingredients

  • 2.5 ounces pear vodka
  • 1.5 ounces St-Germain
  • .75 ounce lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • Pear sliced

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients (execpt for the pear slice) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake all of the ingredients with ice and
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of pear.
