Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

half-and-half

pumpkin puree

tablespoons
pure maple syrup

brown sugar
depending on your sweet tooth

teaspoons
pumpkin pie spice
1/4
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon stick

Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
While whisking frequently, bring to a light simmer over medium heat. Gently warm the ingredients to combine (about one minute). Do not boil.
Use the creamer immediately or transfer it to a heatproof container and refrigerate* for up to five days.
Notes
*If chilled, shake or stir before use as some of the spices will settle to the bottom of the container.
