Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl recipe is a delicious breakfast treat or healthy afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup yogurt I used Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup mixed berries frozen
  • 1/2 banana

Toppings:

  • sliced banana, chia seeds, chopped walnuts, fresh berries, granola

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt, spinach, berries and banana to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Top with desired toppings. The toppings I used are listed above. However, feel free to use whatever you like.
