It looks like it’s going to be a working weekend around here. As I mentioned yesterday, I’m moving things around in my shoppe in preparation for the fall. That task alone is enough for one person to handle.

Yesterday, I had an amazingly wonderful day with lots of calls and excitement brewing for me in blogland. I’m so thrilled!! There are least three wonderful things I’m dying to share with you. As of right now, I think most of these things will be popping up in September. I’ll keep you posted.

Anyway, all of that has added to an already busy weekend. Plus, I’m heading to a Pepper Fest tomorrow afternoon with my family. I need to remember to bring my camera and take my pictures. Remind me please.

As I unpack all my fall merchandise I’m definitely getting the itch for the change of seasons. I can feel it in the air. Can you?

Even though things are a wrecking ball right now, I’m really loving how the shoppe is coming together. The new products are practical, beautiful, and a bit whimsical.

I just wish I have a few autumn elves to lead me a hand this time around.

Any volunteers? I can pay you in fabulous merchandise!

And how could I forget, I also have dozens and dozensof homemade jam that need labels. Oh, by the way,  I’m now outsourcing my jam. A dear friend of my Mom’s (and my friend too) is making it for me. I just couldn’t keep up! Pineapple Mango, Raspberry Peach, Mixed Berry, Strawberry … it’s out-of-this-world amazing! It may be even better than mine.

Alright, back to work. This stuff must get done.

to answer your question — no, we do not feel fall in the air…it will be nearly 100 degrees every day the next week. Sigh. I am SO ready for fall ! Just give me 80 degrees again !

Wish I were closer. Elf is my middle name.

    REMINDER: take camera !!

You close up shots are awesome, but can you also post some “bigger picture” shots so we can see more of your shoppe? I wish I could visit it!

Yes, I too can feel fall in the air! By far my favorite season!! Love reading your blog. Good luck on the room painting, getting your shoppe ready for fall and have fun at the Pepper fest! Oh, and don’t forget your camera!!

Reminder: don’t forget to take your camera to the Pepper Fest! And what I wouldn’t give to live close enough to be a gift shoppe elf 🙂 Good luck. You always have so much cool merchandise.

I will gladly come be an elf. Can you convince John he needs a weekend with Gabe solo? Because whatever that bottle holder thing is, it needs to be mine.

I can’t wait to see the shop transform and obvs. hear your big news! And congrats on two freaking million, you are incredible!

If I lived near you I’d be volunteering to help in a heartbeat. Or waiting in anticipation to shop (those jams look amazing!)! Fall is my favorite season.

    Remember your camera!

Don’t forget your camera! It’s essential to your well-being. LOL!

Great post. Those jams look gorgeous!

First-I love your blog! I discovered you on pinterest a few months ago and thought you were such a good pinner that I started following your blog too. It’s so personal. Like I’m talking to a friend! Fabulous pictures too!
Second-I found some great labels from Ball. When you are done with the jar, you soak it in water and the labels come off in about a minute without any residue to clean up. Ready to reuse your jar for another project! Just thought I’d pass a good find along. 🙂
