How To Make Pine Nut & Arugula Salad

- 1 pound pasta - 2 cups arugula - 1 cup pinenuts - 1/2 cup olive oil - 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil - 1/4 grated parmesan - 2 teaspoons lemon zest - 1/4 cup lemon juice
While the pasta boils, prepare the pesto. Just toss the arugula, pine nuts, olive oil, basil, parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a food processor (or powerful blender) and pulse until smooth.
