how was your thanksgiving? i’m hoping it was wonderful! mine was great, but it always seems to go so quick. i don’t know about you, but as soon as thanksgiving is over, i’m all over christmas like white on rice.
so, i thought i’d share of the trees i’ve set up for the gift shoppe and my mom’s tree that i also set up for her.
i wasn’t super obsessed with taking pictures the past two years so bare with me as my pictures aren’t the best.
my first white tree. with white lites and felt/yarn ornaments. this was in the gift shoppe. you may have remember seeing this picture bfore. i added some bells of ireland and big moss balls too.
this tree was a bird inspired tree. it’s hard to tell, but i removed every other layer of banches. the filled the empty space with red boas. twig stars, snowfakes, glass birds and bird houses fill the rest.
again it’s hard to see in this picture, but i susppended a twig ball from the ceiling with fishing wire. then hung ribbon from the ball to cascade over the tree. cool, right?
the next two pictures was one of my favorite trees. sadly i don’t have a better picture. what was i thinking? it a ten foot tall tree and the top three feet is a bendable rod so the tree looks as if it leaning. it’s dececked out with silver and white and a star hanging from the top.
loved that tree.
i had a string of lights with white and red paper lanterns from the summer, so i just added them to my lights on my christmas tree. the look was beautiful. wrapped everything up with some ribbon and snowflakes.
and this is my moms tree. she wanted white and silver. as you can see some of the ornaments are from my shoppe.
my pictures do nothing for the tree, but it’s beautiful.
i’ll have some more looks to share next week of my trees this year.
